You can cancel bluumie+ whenever you like. It takes a few seconds and you don't need to contact us.
How to cancel
- Open Settings (the You tab).
- Tap bluumie+.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Cancel bluumie+.
- Confirm with Yes, cancel.
That's it. You'll see a short confirmation in the app, and we'll send you an email to confirm.
What happens when you cancel
- You go back to the free plan right away.
- Nothing is deleted. Your connections, sessions, memories and Bloom all stay exactly as they are.
- Features that are part of bluumie+ are locked again:
- You can't add new connections. The ones you already have stay.
- Older history beyond the most recent three months is hidden in your session list and recaps. It isn't gone — it comes back as soon as you upgrade again. See What is Extended History?
- Chat is locked.
Changed your mind?
You can upgrade again at any time under Settings → bluumie+. Everything that was hidden comes right back: your full history, your other connections and chat.
Good to know
- Cancelling only affects your account. Your partner keeps whatever plan they have.
- If you don't see the confirmation email, check your spam folder. You can also see your current plan on the bluumie+ screen.
