Go through this checklist:
- Check the code. Codes are 6 characters (letters and numbers). Capital or small letters don't matter.
- Is it still valid? Codes expire after 7 days. Ask your person to open Invite someone to see their current code.
- Is it your own code? You can't join your own invite — the other person needs to enter it.
- Is the pair already full? An invite can only be used once. If someone already joined it, ask for a new invite.
- Connection limit? The free plan has one connection. If you already have one, see It says I've reached my connection limit.
